Tihar prison receives 15 letters from citizens to volunteer as hangman for Dec 16 convicts

The nation is standing tall against the perpetrators of crime against women and everyone is demanding justice in unison. It is evident from the 15 letters that the Tihar prison administration has received from citizens who have volunteered to hang the four convicts of the December 16 Delhi gang-rape case. One of the mid-level prison officers said the prison has received letters from all over the country as well as from the US and UK.
