This Jewish temple on Dohány Street is tall and majestic, with one of the largest and most impressive cathedral naves I've ever seen. It is one of Europe's most beautiful synagogues. The Great Jewish Synagogue, built between 1854 and 1859, seats 3000 people. It is Europe's largest synagogue and the world's second-largest (after Belz Great Synagogue, in Jerusalem).

The legend of the Chupacabra began in Puerto Rico in 1995 after a series of attacks on livestock occurred. Stingrays may appear to be soaring through the water, but a closer look reveals that they are actually moving through with a smooth flapping motion. The majority of species move by undulating their bodies, much like an aquatic wave, however, some prefer to flap their sides like wings. Stingrays in South Africa travelled at a speed of 1.35 kilometres per hour (0.83 miles per hour), and some species made migrations of up to 850 kilometres, according to research by the Save Our Seas Foundation (528 miles).

While Bali is the name of the island, it is also the name of a province that encompasses a group of smaller islands off the southeast coast of the main island. These include Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Ceningan, a group of much smaller islands about a 20-minute boat trip from Sanur. The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species notes that while the majority of rattlesnake species are not in danger, there are three particular species that warrant attention. The Tancitaran dusky rattlesnake is listed as endangered because of its small range in Mexico, whereas the Santa Catalina rattlesnake, which is native to Isla Santa Catalina, is regarded as critically endangered. 1213 Similar to this, the long-tailed rattlesnake is classified as "vulnerable" because it is so uncommon and has only a few known specimens in western Mexico.
