Bieber and Haley go to Marriage license courthouse

Justin Bieber and his fiancee were spotted at a marriage license courthouse on Thursday. Baldwin 22, and Bieber 24 were seen entering the building walking hand-in-hand. Some witnesses said that the lovebird were extremely emotional before entering there as Bieber told Haley he can't wait to marry her. However, close friends of Bieber said that the marriage is still in works and they are still looking for the venue.
