The makers of Game of Thrones have landed into the soup once again. After the infamous Starbucks cup fiasco last week, fans have spotted Jaime Lannister's missing hand in one of the stills. Many people have asked to reshoot the whole season while many others have blamed the makers for being too careless. Jaime Lannister's hand got cut off in a 3rd season, and he was wearing a Gold prosthetic hand since then.
