Ajay Devgn loses 16 acre set of his film 'Maidaan' due to COVID-19 lockdown

A 16-acre, high-maintenance set was built for the Ajay Devgn-starrer “Maidaan. However, the set has been dismantled owing to the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown and the upcoming monsoon season. Maidaan producer Boney Kapoor said, “We built a massive outdoor set covering a 16-acre plot around Mumbai, with all the production infrastructure. Just as the shoot was getting underway, the pandemic hit the world.
