American promoter files case against Kapil Sharma for alleged breach of contract

Renowned comedian Kapil Sharma has gotten himself into a legal soup once again, this time due to an alleged breach of contract. According to a report in Times of India, Amit Jaitly, a well-known promoter of shows in the USA, accused Kapil of not performing at a show even after being paid for it.
