Delhi air quality so bad that Bryan Adam's shadow gets projected on dust in air

After his concert in Gurgaon, Canadian singer Bryan Adams posted a picture saying that his shadow can be seen silhouetted on the backdrop of dust and smoke of the venue over the audience. He mentioned has never seen this before. The silhouette appeared due to the wintery smog and dust-laden air, a problem the national capital region faces each year despite government's effort and confidence to deal with the scenario.
