Danny Aiello, a renowned actor who was once nominated for an Academy Award for his impressive display as pizzeria owner Sal in Spike Lee's ‘Do the Right Thing,’ has passed away. He was 86. The veteran actor enthralled the cine lovers in a wide range of roles including Johnny Cammareri in ‘Moonstruck’, Tony Rosato in ‘The Godfather II’ and famously appearing as Madonna's father in the Papa Don't Preach music video.
