Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault. Weinstein, whose sexual abuse sparked the #MeToo movement by aspiring young female actors, was found guilty of rape and a criminal sexual act by a New York jury on February 24. During the hearing, he told the court men facing allegations in the #MeToo movement are accused of "things that none of us understood".
