'Have you read the Act', Rubika Liyaqat to Swara Bhasker in the debate over CAA, NRC

Bollywood diva Swara Bhaskar, who has been heard vocal against the CAA, NRC recently had a discussion with anchor Rubika Liyaqat during Hindustan Shikhar Samagam over the same. Swara in conversation with Rubika was heard saying that Home Ministry has said that a pan-India NRC is going to take place but one thing which drew public attention was Rubika throughout the discussion was heard asking the actor, if she read the act.
