It was a defeat for Tanushree Dutta after Mumbai Police said they obtained no evidence against Nana Patekar in the molestation case filed by her. In a statement, she said, "This is disgusting as he was trying to get a clean chit. I have 10 witnesses, but before recording statements, police filed a B-summary report. They were getting threat calls and were pressurized. How'll police get evidence if he isn't letting it happen."
