The makers of the upcoming romantic comedy film Pati Patni Aur Woh have decided to edit out the 'marital rape' monologue from the movie after receiving severe backlash by the public at multiple social media platforms. The monologue irked many viewers after the trailer of the movie was released. The film's actress Bhumi Pednekar apologized for the controversial dialogue and said the intention was not to hurt the sentiments.
