Shruti Haasan slams trollers, admits of plastic surgery

The life of a celebrity has always been a topic of gossip among the commons and they never fails to express their opinion about the stars. And recently actress Shruti Hassan was on the target of trollers, who was receiving body shaming remarks, but now the star has slammed the trollers admitting she had undergone plastic surgery mentioning that she has the right to live her life the way she wants to irrespective of anybody's remark.
