Carlotta Flores, an owner of a Mexican restaurant, in Arizona, told about the letter she received and after reading it she was shocked and emotional at the same time. The letter was an apology from a former waitress who stole $1,000 cash in 1990s. She did not mention her name in the letter. In the letter it was written I am sorry about this. Please accept my apology + money as a repayment + 20 years of interest."
