Weeks after a drone strike by US military in Kabul, which was aimed at eliminating ISIS terrorists, it has been revealed that the strike killed 10 civilians, including 7 children. The 'mistake' was conceded by General Frank McKenzie, the commander of the US Central Command, who apologised for the 'tragic outcome' while briefing reporters. "I am fully responsible for this strike and this tragic outcome," he said.
