11,000 Candidates who cleared UP Police Exams seek Euthanasia as they are not yet appointed

About 11000 candidates cleared the UP Police recruitment exams in 2013 & still didn't receive their appointment letters. The candidates are disappointed that its been 6 years but have not been appointed yet. They said if their demands are not heard, then they will commit suicide. These candidates also sought permission from President Ramnath Kovind for euthanasia despite winning the case in High Court.
