15 officials of Bengaluru police test positive for Coronavirus

15 officials of the Bengaluru police, responsible for maintaining the law and order in the city, have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The police personnel who tested positive are from the Whitefield division. The total count of cops testing positive for the pandemic has reached 27. Five police officials have been discharged from the hospital after recovering. A 57-year-old Assistant Sub-Inspector died due to Covid19.
