Happy teachers' day: know when other countries celebrate the day

India celebrates Happy teachers' day on 5th of September which is the birth anniversary of former Indian President Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan but in most countries, Teachers' day is celebrated on 5th of October. UNESCO has declared 5th October as the International Teachers' Day to commemorate the 'Teaching in Freedom' pact. Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Netherlands and many other countries celebrate on 5th October.
