Why did Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos wear pajama in a board meeting?

Wednesday Jeff Bezos appeared in a board meeting wearing a pajama. It is not because he overslept but he wanted to raise child cancer awareness. In his Instagram post, he wrote that September is the cancer awareness month and every year Amazon ties up with American Childhood Cancer Organization as this is the second leading cause of children's death in America and all across the world Amazonians wear pajamas on this day.
