According to a report by the World Economic Forum, women may need to wait for 257 more years to achieve gender equality at work. The gender gap has only been widened in the last few years despite the growing demand for equality. While some sectors have shown some improvements some other sectors are lagging far behind. The report said that due to lingering issues in India and China it is unclear exactly how long it would take.
