Amid coronovirus outbreak, 37 countries along with WHO raised voice on Friday for common ownership of vaccines, medicines and diagnostic tools to fight Covid-19. "Vaccines, tests, diagnostics, treatments and other key tools in the coronavirus response must be made universally available as global public goods," said Costa Rica President Carlos Alvarado. Small countries fear that rich countries may take advantage of developing vaccine.
