A special wheelchair for 15-year-old turtle who lost both his legs

Pedro, a 15-year-old turtle, who had lost both his legs received a special set of wheels that will help him with movement. Pedro was adapted by Sandra Traylor. He had 3 functioning legs and suddenly disappeared from her backyard, returned with another missing leg.
