After consuming poisonous alcohol 80 died in Assam

As per the latest updates by the state Excise Department, 80 people have died till now due to the consumption of spurious liquor in Golaghat and Jorhat districts of Assam. Whereas many are in the hospital in critical condition undergoing treatment. This incident comes in less than 2 weeks after more than 100 people died after drinking alcohol in northern India. Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal has ordered an investigation.
