After UP its Delhi to report most cases of police cruelty

In between the time period of 2014 and 2016, a total of 411 cases were reported of police cruelty. Out of 411 cases, 236 were reported in Uttar Pradesh, the highest in India. UP was followed by Delhi with 63 such cases, a released official data revealed. Talking about the conviction rate in these cases then only 3 have been convicted till now. In 2014, in UP, during the investigation, 39 such cases were found false.
