Airlines decline refund to customers for cancelled tickets, offers rescheduling as lockdown extended

With the rising number of coronavirus cases in India, the lockdown has been extended till May 3 and the same lead to the suspension of all commercial passenger services till then. However, domestic airlines have again decided not to refund the customers in cash for their cancelled flight but offer them rescheduling of tickets for a later date, without any additional charge.
