Asphyxiation due to hanging caused Mahant Narendra Giri's death: Autopsy report

The autopsy report of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri revealed that he died due to hanging. As per the report, the cause of the death was asphyxiation due to hanging. The postmortem was conducted at Swaroop Rani Medical College in Prayagraj by a panel of 5 doctors. The entire process was video-graphed and the report was then sealed on the spot. The saint committed suicide on Monday.
