Authorities swing into action after wildfire continues to spread in Odisha's Similipal Forest Reserve

Odisha's Similipal Forest Reserve has come under the grasp of a wildfire that has prompted Chief Minister Naveen Babu Patnaik to order swift action. The authorities have swung into action to control the fire. While describing Similipal Forest as a valuable asset of the world, the CM ordered officials to ensure the conservation of the forest and take precautionary measures. Eight of the 21 ranges have come under the fire's range.
