Baby elephant reunited with herd by forest department in Tamil Nadu

In a heartwarming gesture, the Tamil Nadu Forest Department officials helped a baby elephant reunite with the herd after the rescue. The baby elephant was reunited with the herd at the Mudumalai National Park in the Nilgiri mountains. A clip of the baby elephant eagerly following the rescue team was shared on Twitter by Tamil Nadu Principal Secretary (Environment and Forests) Supriya Sahu. The video has over 146,000 views.
