The CEO of the company, Leo Schoenherr, in the video said that the company has noticed the hard work every employee does for the success of the company and so they are giving a bonus of $4 million to 200 employees. On an average, each of them will get $20,000. 75% of the amount will go to employees’ 401K Plan.
