Bihar provisional DSP shoots friend while posing with service pistol during picnic

Ashutosh Kumar, Bihar Provisional DSP, allegedly shot dead his friend while they were on a picnic near Tilaiya Dam in Koderma, Bihar. The incident happened on Friday when Kumar was posing with a service pistol for a photo at the dam where he had gone with three friends. The deceased has been identified as Nikhil Ranjan. Whether Kumar fired the bullet at the victim on purpose or it was an accident, is a matter of investigation.
