Britain kickstarts world's biggest blood test for detection of 50 types of cancer

Britain's National Health Service is going to start the world's biggest trial of Grail Inc's flagship Galleri blood test. The blood test will be helpful in the detection of more than 50 types of cancer even before the appearance of the symptoms. "We need to study the Galleri test carefully to find out whether it can significantly reduce the number of cancers diagnosed at a late stage," said professor Peter Sasieni of King's College.
