Bus collides with Train in Sheikhupura, Pakistan; at least 19 Sikh pilgrims killed

In an unfortunate incident, a bus full of Sikh pilgrims was hit by a train in Sheikhupura district in Pakistan's Punjab on Friday, killing at least 19 pilgrims while injuring eight others. The collision happened near Farooqabad railway station. The accident took place at a railway crossing which had no barriers. The Sikh pilgrims were returning from Nankana Sahib when the accident happened. The injured have been hospitalized.
