Buy 2 helmets, show bill to Transport Dept to get 2-wheeler registered in MP

Focusing on the safety of the citizens, the Transport Department in Madhya Pradesh has announced that the buyers of new 2-wheeler in the state including Bhopal will now have to show the receipt of the 2 new bought helmets to the department which is mandatory and only then their 2-wheeler will be registered and given to them. The order was already issued in September 2014 but wasn't followed.
