Cancel/ Postpone mass gatherings till Coronavirus is contained: Centre to states

The Centre has advised the states to cancel or postpone the mass gathering until the outbreak of the deadly Novel Coronavirus is contained, as the number of people affected with the virus today reached 31. The Army headquarters has issued instructions to prepare for emergency response in tackling COVID-19. A day-long national-level training programme on COVID-19 has also been organised by the Health Ministry.
