"China should fully liberalise childbirth" to tackle India, US: Report

According to a report by the People’s Bank of China, China's birth rate was continuously falling for years and it needs to liberalise childbirth policy to tackle the situation. As per the data by the National Bureau of Statistics, 2019 was the worst year in terms of childbirth with the birth rate falling to 10.48 per 1,000 people. The report called for full liberalisation and encouragement of childbirth to achieve long-term goals.
