Communist Party committed to completely modernise the PLA by 2027: Xi Jinping

Chinese Premier Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that the People's Liberation Army must use cutting-edge technologies and enhanced training under real combat conditions to win wars. Jinping said the Communist Party is committed to strengthening the Chinese military and transforming it into a world-class military. The Communist Party aims to fully modernise the People's Liberation Army at par with the US military by 2027.
