Congress’s Milind Deora calls for amendment of CAA to protect Hindus facing violence in Bangladesh

In the wake of the ongoing violence against the Hindu community in Bangladesh, Congress leader Milind Deora has called for the amendment of the contentious citizenship law to protect the Hindus in the neighbouring country. “Bangladesh’s escalating communal violence is extremely worrying. CAA must be amended to protect & rehabilitate Bangladeshi Hindus fleeing religious persecution," Deora tweeted.
