Coronavirus: Assam's first patient visited Nizamuddin, 130 quarantined

The 52-year-old man in Assam who became the first positive case of the novel coronavirus in the state, had visited Nizamuddin and the Jama Masjid. A diabetic and a cancer patient, the Assam man carrying the coronavirus infection had travelled to Delhi on March 5 and stayed at a hotel. He returned to Guwahati from Delhi on March 10. Family members of the man, including his two sons, have been sent to quarantine centres.
