Coronavirus in India: Over 50% of total cases have recovered in 8 states including Gujarat, Tamil Nadu

The Ministry of Health and Indian Council of Medical Research experts in a joint meeting on Tuesday stated that the rate of recovery in Covid-19 patients in India a positive indication although the number of cases are on a rapid rise. The recovery rate in the country is now 48.07%. In many states, over 50% patients have recovered. Such states include Chandigarh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, Tamil Nadu and Andhra.
