Coronavirus may be at peak in India in May; states with early lockdowns fare better: Sources

According to an internal government assessment, India may touch its peak of coronavirus cases in the first week of May after which the number will decline. As per the sources, states which implemented hard lockdowns earlier than others have fared better when it comes to the crisis and are seeing decline in number of cases. The next one week is going to be crucial. India is going to ramp up its testing.
