Punjab cabinet on Friday unanimously approved extension of curfew, the state to remain under lockdown till May 1. Punjab became the second state after Odisha to extend the lockdown. Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh had earlier dropped hints that the lockdown could be extended, fearing the chances of community spread.
