DCP Chinmoy Biswal transferred by EC after Shaheen Bagh firing incidents

The Election Commission shunted and transferred DCP (south-east) Chinmoy Biswal. This is after an ongoing situation in the Shaheen Bagh area, which saw two firing incidents outside Jamia Millia Islamia University. After being asked about the firing incident, Chinmoy replied that the police force did heavy barricading but the students were trying to move ahead forcibly while destructing public property at Jamia Milia Islamia.
