A Delhi man was fined Rs 23,000 for violating traffic rules in Gurugram, Haryana and has said that he will now carry all the required documents. He said the challan amount is more than the scooter's value, which is Rs 15,000 and requested that it be relaxed. He also alleged that the traffic policemen who issued the challan were in a hurry to print the ticket. The amount could have been less if he had waited.
