Allegedly, the Delhi Police has referred the country's 'Independence Day' as 'Republic Day' in a recent advisory. A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court by Manjeet Singh Chugh. The petition claimed that such mistakes highlight how the seniors do not check the notifications issued by the Delhi Police before going public. India celebrates Independence day on 15th of August and Republic Day on 26th January.
