Delhi university earning in crores on the name of revaluation/rechecking

An RTI was filed by a former DU law student and it is revealed that between 2015-16 and 2017-18, Delhi University has earned up to Rs 3 crore as fees given by students to get their exam sheets revalued, rechecked, and photocopied. Just for revaluation the university earned Rs 2,89,12,310 between 2015-16 and 2017-18. And for rechecking and photocopies in the same time it earned Rs 23,29,500 and Rs 6,49,500 respectively.
