Delhi's 'Sardarbuksh' to change name but the logo will remain same

Starbucks sued Delhi's coffee shop chain Sardarbuksh for a name rhyming with Starbucks and also for having a similar logo. The court has ruled that Sardarbuksh brand name needs to be changed and from now on it will be called as 'Sardarji-Bakhsh'. However the logo will remain same as even though the logo looks similar, Starbucks's logo is a green mermaid while Sardarbuksh's logo is a man in turban.
