Derailing of Utkal Express Kills 23
At least 23 people were killed today and more than 400 injured when the 14 bogeys of the Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express derailed on Saturday evening. The event took place at Khatauli, near Muzaffarnagar. According to Uttar Pradesh Police officials, National Disaster Response Force remarked that the death toll could rise as there are still people trapped inside the damaged part.
