Dog survives after falling from a 70 feet cliff in Texas

In a miracle, a dog named Stout managed to survive a 70-foot fall from a cliff. The dog was off-leash and had fallen off a cliff near the Pennybacker Bridge overlook in Austin. Stout was rescued by Special Operations Training Captain R Luddy who called his rescue a "scary story with a happy, feel good ending". The dog was provided medical assistance at an emergency clinic and he did not have any serious injuries.
