Don't spread rumours: Lucknow Police facing ire for seizing blankets of anti-CAA protesters

Facing criticism for allegedly taking away the blankets and other food items meant for anti-CAA protesters in Lucknow, police today issued a statement giving clarification over the same and said the blankets were seized after due process. Police said the women were holding protests at Lucknow's clock tower park without permission and hence their blankets were seized by the people, who were not a part of the protest.
