Don't drink and buy: Drunk British couple buys hotel for Rs 29 lakhs

Gina Lyons, 33, and Mark Lee, 35, a British couple, while on a three week backpacking honeymoon to Sri Lanka, got drunk and brought the hotel they were staying at for Rs 29 lakhs (£30,000) on their very first night. The couple learned that the hotel's lease was going to expire and drunk on multiple glasses of rum, they paid £15,000 for the first year. The hotel renamed as 'Lucky Beach Tangalle' is running well.
